## What I do

I build sovereign infrastructure for AI agents: memory that agents own and control rather than cede to platforms. My current project, Neotoma, treats agent memory as state evolution rather than retrieval: every observation is versioned, every entity snapshot is reproducible, every decision can be replayed. Schema-bound, local-first, cross-platform via MCP, and entirely user-controlled.

I work as a solo founder operating with AI agents as a team rather than as tools. Every workflow (email, finance, content, product) runs through a shared repo and source of truth. The agents follow the same playbook I do, which only works because the state layer is explicit and inspectable.

## Neotoma

Neotoma is a deterministic state layer for long-running agents. Core problems it solves:

- Agent memory drifts between sessions, overwrites without history, and cannot be traced or replayed
- Neotoma versions every observation, produces reproducible entity snapshots, and supports full decision replay
- Schema-first design with event-sourced memory
- Local-first architecture, cross-platform via Model Context Protocol (MCP)
- User-controlled: data sovereignty by default
