Special events (cells marked with * in the price columns above): Premiums apply during Mobile World Congress (March 3–7, +40%), Primavera Sound (June 1–5, +30%), Festa Major de Gràcia (August 15–21) and Festa Major de Sants (August 23–31) (€350/night during those festival windows), and La Mercè (September 23–28, +25%). Stays overlapping events are priced night-by-night for the overlapping dates. Additional information:
- We have small children who live on the floors below the guest floor. They are generally quiet but may occasionally make noise, especially in the mornings. There is also a small dog in the home—you may occasionally hear her, and she may sometimes come upstairs to the guest floor. She's very friendly and safe. You can always close the door if you'd prefer she not come in.
- Electricity and water utilities are included at no extra cost.
- Housecleaner will prepare the guest floor ahead of your arrival though not during your stay unless requested for an extra cost of €50 per cleaning.
